Primary responsibilities
You works closely with all departments to ensure that all financial processes are properly identified, standardised and documented across the organisation; identifies internal control weaknesses and requirements to be fulfilled; actively reviews financial policies and procedures to enhance utilisation, spot opportunities for improvement and share best practices; coordinates change requests and is responsible for the deployment of financial processes in cooperation with other process- and aplication analysts
Knowledge & Skill requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics/Accounting or equivalent; ability to work and interact with all levels of team members throughout the organisation; five years’ working experience in a dynamic financial environment; flexible, independent and able to work in accordance with strict deadlines; analytical and process design skills; excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills in English; experience in an international audit firm would be an advantage.
