We currently have an opportunity for 2 Resourcers to join our well-established recruitment team. Working alongside an experienced team of recruitment experts, your primary responsibility will be sourcing high quality candidates for our key accounts across the IT and Finance sector, using a variety of methods such as database search, online advertising, referrals, and networking.
On a day to day basis you will be involved in advertising vacancies on internal / external job sites, searching databases, researching and sourcing information on client companies and assisting with the expansion of our client database.
With previous administration experience gained within a recruitment, market research or customer service environment, you must be proactive and possess excellent communication skills and a good telephone manner. In addition to you strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), your high attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately will ensure success in this role.
