The Security team is responsible for the confidentiality and integrity of important, often privacy-sensitive data that many companies are involved with. To guarantee that, in a time of cybercrime, open digital communication, and online information exchange, preventive measures are no longer sufficient.
As part of the Identity and Access Management team you'll have the following skills and tasks:
Support the IAM team with maturing IAM operations organization and delivering operational excellence;
Support the IAM team with building out additional operational support with adoption of new IAM solutions.
Support the ongoing operations and enhancements of IAM solutions;
Support the day-to-day operations of the IAM solutions and services;
Monitor the Service ticketing system;
Participate in planned “Systems Day” and other maintenance activities;
Actively engage in incidents raised by clients;
Maintain service level objectives by resolving incidents and service requests in a timely fashion;
Participate in troubleshooting of Identity and Access Management solutions;
Develop and maintains documentation of key operational processes;
Actively engage with your IAM team members and fellow colleagues;
Actively engage with other organization IAM and technology teams to increase the network.
Knowledge & Skill requirements
A completed Bachelor's education, which has interfaces with network and / or security;
2/3+ years of experience in the industry is desired;
The role focuses and requires knowlede on operations support of Identity and Access Management related solutions that currently include Azure AD, ADFS, MIM, SailPoint, PCS, and RS.
