Primary responsibilities

Are you up for the challenge of working as a accountmanager within our team at our beautiful office in Breda? Are you enthusiastic, and not afraid to challenge yourself? Do you have an affinity with the IT industry? Do you see it as a challenge to talk to the best IT specialists in the market in a personal way and make them commit to Personnel Search?
What to expect?
You maintain a network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels;
You know how to write fun vacancies after a thorough intake with the account manager/hiring manager;
You know where your target group is located and adjust your search behavior and vacancy texts accordingly;
You initiate new recruitment campaigns and work them out and present them to management;
You approach candidates and conduct selection interviews;
If you have hired candidates and placed them with the client, you are the first point of contact for the candidate and visit them regularly;
From recruiting to selecting to placing; throughout this process, you work with and report to your account manager.

Knowledge & Skill requirements

A completed BSc education;
Experience in a commercial (office) position;
Excellent knowledge of the English language;
Good communication skills;
In possession of a driving license;
Live in the Breda area or able to relocate.

Working conditions

We offer a salary that is supplemented with an appropriate bonus scheme;
Targets are determined in consultation. When achieving targets the possibility of lease car arrangement;
