Full stack cloud developer
Our client is looking for a developer who can build new functionalities within their digital asset management product (DAM). You’ll work in a strong team with developers, a product manager, and interaction and visual designers. You’ll think about the desired user experience and, together with your teammates, bring these user experiences to life within the web-based applications, back-end and AWS infrastructure.

You will help to improve and to maintain the DAM products along a strong team of software engineers and designers. You will help to specify and build new functionalities, as well as use your creativity to create solutions for large, international clients.
The main part of the current technology stack is based on both Angular and AngularJS, with the back-end being mostly Java-based, making transitions into Kotlin. The job also makes heavy use of ElasticSearch, with the cloud hosting of the product being done on AWS. Because of the plethora of languages needed, our client expects their employees to pick up new skills quickly, as well as to enrich the team with personal ideas and experiences. The client strives for the best user experience, so they are looking for someone who can balance attention to detail, speed of development and keeping the code quality high.

You are experienced software developer with at least 3 years of work experience in the field, who has demonstrated skill with object-oriented programming languages (Java), as well as with TypeScript and Angular. Experience with Kotlin, Spring and ElasticSearch is desirable. You should be able to troubleshoot and perform root cause analyses. You should also have AWS development experience (preferably with certification). Experience with source code repositories (Git/Github) is a plus. There are many opportunities to learn and grow inside the company, so willingness to better oneself is always appreciated. An international mindset towards work is well sought-after, as many of the client’s employees work internationally.
