De functie
For LBC we are recruiting a Information Security Officer 16-40 hours per week.
The Information Security Officer (ISO) performs a leading role in keeping LBC’s data secure. She or he oversees the information security risks of the global LBC organization and manages the mitigating measures.
The Information Security Officer will be supported by multidisciplinary team of colleagues and reports and can get assistance from external infosec experts.
The Information Security Officer reports to the CITO.
The role:
Stays informed about the latest in information security and reports about the relevant developments;
Has a good insight in the relevant legal & compliance requirements from governmental agencies;
Supports the development of the information security policy and the ISMS;
Stimulates the awareness in the organization for information security risks and educates his colleagues;
Leads the implementation of policies and measures as project owner or project manager;
Monitors, checks and eventually tests the information security controls;
Analyzes information security incidents;
Collaborates closely with the GDPR responsible colleague;
Leads the LBC’s response to external audits in the field of information security;
Reports to senior management about the above.

What you need to be succesfull as information security officer:
Bachelor degree in Information Security, Information Management, Computer Science or similar;
Preferably experience in project management;
English (speaking and writing) and preferably also Dutch (speaking).

Willing to embark on permanent education in the field of data management and information security.
