The successful applicant will possess a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role. Working alongside your Change & IT colleagues and partners, you will shape Trifleet's new digital landscape. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Transformation. As the IT Manager your focus will be on managing the IT domains, IT Operations and managing a release and change calendar. Supervising various IT partners and reporting on their performance to the management team. (Co)preparing releases, including testing and deployment programs. Establishing IT and Security policies. Additionally, you will prepare assessments like PEN tests and security audits, Incident and application management for the various solutions in the landscape.

You have a professional presence, that allows you to build trust and nurture relationships. You are a skilled listener and communicator, able to measure and manage temperament of the installer, partner and end customer. Not only that, but you have demonstrated skills in managing the dynamics of international multi-stakeholder product development projects, which are won on both relationship and quality/trust in the proposed solution.
You are able to work in fast-growing environment that is innovative with a focus on digitizing. You are detail-oriented and got the ability to make progress even when not all information is present and to adjust (if needed) when it does. You will capture assumptions and exceptions as a way of managing expectations and risk. You are hands-on, able to multitask, collaborative and can successfully engage with cross-functional teams in a culture where colleagues pitch in to help each other succeed.
Het profiel
▪ HBO/WO level
▪ Education: relevant IT education or a comparable background
▪ Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a similar position
▪ Experience with IT change processes
▪ Experience with Agile, Scrum, Salesforce, SAP
▪ Experience in building and maintaining strategic collaborations with IT partners
▪ Experience in Asset Management and/or logistics is a plus
▪ Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
▪ Detail-oriented, hands-on mentality, analytical, and accurate
▪ Strong soft skills and good advisory abilities
