In the responsible position of Service Delivery Manager (SDM) you are a crucial link in our client's performance management services. You are the first point of contact for our clients when it comes to their services and projects. You make sure you really know your customers, next to that you know how our services and projects help them achieve their goals. This is why we are looking for an effective, flexible leader who can help both customer and colleagues achieve their goals.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you can easily keep track of current affairs while looking forward to new opportunities. You are the primary contact person for clients, you build effective customer relationships and you can effortlessly highlight projects and services.
By talking to our customers at an operational, tactical and strategic level, you can draw up targeted delivery plans for these customers. You understand the customer and ensure that Our client contributes to the achievement of its objectives.
Monitoring the quality and results of your customers’ services and projects
Creating, identifying and exploiting commercial opportunities with customers
Responsible for coaching and assessment of employees and administration of the Delivery processes

Functie eisen Service Delivery Manager
Affinity with and knowledge of IT
five years’ work experience within IT and in a similar position, for example with a service provider.
